Singing Waiters provide a fantastic blend of music, entertainment and laughter and really are the perfect wedding breakfast entertainment! They will set up a discreet PA system in the room before guests arrive and serve guests with drinks during the meal in matching outfits to the other waiters and waitresses. Your wedding breakfast entertainment can be background or interactive. We also offer dancers who can meet and greet your guests in costume, perform 2 or 3 short sets in between the courses and then stay and offer an interactive workshop to get people on the dance floor. Themes include Bollywood and Bhangra Dancers, 1920s Gatsby Dancers, Cossack Dancers, Flamenco and Greek Dancers.
The wedding meal can be a bit more noisy than the drinks reception so unless you have a relatively small number of guests then it is a good idea to have an act that can bring their own amplification. This isn't necessary if you have a string quartet or string trio as these instruments can be fairly loud. Classical guitarists will always amplify as it is a quiet instrument and a harp only needs amplification if you have over 100/120 guests. Singers, jazz or pop duos and bands will always have their own amplification.
If you are booking live music for your drinks reception you should be able to extend the booking by 2 hours and get them to stay and play during the meal as well. If you are trying to keep within a tight budget then this option is the most cost effective as the musicians are already at your event.
