The Limerick Uilleann Piper is available for all kinds of events including weddings and parties and can be hired as a soloist or as part of a trad group.

His family can claim a long line of famous musicians who played all over Ireland at fairs and sporting events and are recognised throughout Ireland for preserving and promoting traditional Irish music. They entertained hundreds of thousands of Irish People at Fleadh Ceoils, Munster Finals, Galway Races, Fairs etc spanning a half Century.

His daughter was both a collaborator and the inspiration for the song 'Galway Girl' by Ed Sheeran! When he sings "she played the fiddle in an Irish band" he is referring to her!

The Limerick Uilleann Piper is also a top craftsman of quality chanters, practice sets, and reeds and has led some renown music sessions across the county of Limerick and beyond for many years.

The family played a major part in keeping alive our musical legacy, and all of them played stringed instruments, that inspired some of the great exponents of the fiddle who came to prominence in later years.

All of his brothers were musicians with probably Christy being the most well known as a superb banjo player, and Johnjo who was also a gifted player on Banjo/Mandolin.

The Limerick Uilleann Piper is a proud standard bearer of this Irish Music Dynasty, and together with his two daughters Brid and Niamh is carrying on a proud tradition.

His style of piping embodies the fee flowing travelling style associated with the legenday Johnny Doran, Finbar Furey and Paddy Keenan who have provided him with his inspiration.
