The Sudanese Oud & Vocal duo - Oud & Vocal duo

Are you looking for Sudanese musicians? The Sudanese Oud and Vocal Duo formed in 2015 and have since than become a well established act in the South West and beyond. Performances include St.George Brandon Hill Bristol, Eisteddfod International music festival, Colston Hall Bristol and many corporate events.

The oud is one of most ancient and evocative instruments in world music which originated in the Middle East and North Africa. The blend of the two ouds together with Ali’s expressive vocals creates their unique sound. 

These performers mainly perform a mixture of traditional and contemporary Sudanese music but can include pieces from the Middle Eastern repertoire if requested.
