The Lee Turnbull Duo - Classical Guitar Duo

This Midlands classical guitar duo have performed extensively throughout the UK and in Europe, on television and radio both at home and abroad. Performances include; formal concerts, corporate events, weddings and foyer concerts at the Barbican, National Theatre and Royal Festival Hall in London. They have performed in Master classes with John Williams, Eduardo Abreu and Gilbert Biberian.

The duo’s recent performances include Birmingham Artsfest, Malvern Festival, Octagon Theatre, Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery and various private functions.

Their repertoire is extensive and includes works from the Renaissance to contemporary music, covering classical, Latin, Jazz and Spanish styles. Equally important to the vast range of original works for two guitars is their enthusiasm for arranging and improvising, which play an important role in making the duo’s performances exciting and unique.
