Dominic Bury - Wedding Singer/Guitarist

A professional musician and singer since the 1970s, this guitarist originally trained as a counter-tenor before beginning his chosen career with folk-rockers Decameron as bassist, fiddle player, guitarist and vocalist. He later toured and recorded with former Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett.

For the last thirty years he has recorded and performed extensively with numerous musicians, currently and most notably with ex-Manfred Mann singer Mike d’Abo (with whom he co-founded The Mighty Quintet).

In 2000 he produced a solo album, ‘About Time’, showcasing his talents as a lyricist, composer and musician in his own right. A versatile performer, he is guitarist, singer and Musical Director for international party band Top Catz, as well as being a sensitive acoustic soloist.

His wide acoustic repertoire reveals the range of his rich & powerful voice, complemented by six- and twelve-string guitars; he performs a mixture of original compositions and popular favourites, from the 60s to the present day.
